Company B is a 1940s jump jive band that dress as American airmen.

There are lots of groups playing 50s rock-and-roll, and plenty of big bands. Company B, however, occupies a space in between. And they’ve got a red hot horn section!

Their high-octane shows are always rowdy, and although they play swing tunes, they have a rock-and-roll sensibility. More ‘rock band’ than ‘Glenn Miller’.

A Company B show is a night of retro escapism, delivering fun, musicianship and audience engagement. The audience is not nostalgic for a time they remember, but rather, they enjoy the escapism of a romanticised, retrospective ideal.

In line with this, the visual branding takes its cues from uniform badges of the era, mid-century Americana and vintage aviation graphics..

Valhalla’s process makes you really think about your brand and helps you to understand the essence of your business. They listened to me and it always felt like a collaborative process. High quality brand assets were delivered for a variety of applications. Creating content is now so easy and the response from our customers has been really positive.
